Raising awareness of sepsis through story-telling

Action on Sepsis Podcast is a patient-led podcast series focused on telling the whole journey of Sepsis from the perspective of the patient, along with input from healthcare workers, researchers, and other individuals advocating for improved sepsis care nationally and globally. The focus of the podcast is to showcase a diverse collection of stories and use knowledge from research and clinical fields to support learning from these stories.

We are looking for individuals who are well informed about their journey with sepsis and are interested in sharing their experience in a professionally produced podcast.

If you are interested, please complete the form below in as much possible detail.

The deadline to apply is June 30th, 2021.
