Sepsis Survivor Week
February 14 - February 20, 2021
Sepsis survivors often face long-term effects that persist following recovery from the initial condition, including neurocognitive impairment, functional disability, psychological deficits, and increased risk of death.
During Sepsis Survivor Week we honor the experience of sepsis survivors by sharing their individual stories of survival and bringing awareness to the unseen mental, emotional, and physical challenges many survivors face every day.
